How to turn lab work into evidence an employer can check

Home labs and practice platforms build real skill, but screenshots and a list of completed rooms are hard for an employer to check. Evidence works when it is specific, shows your reasoning and can be confirmed by someone else.

Make it specific

Name the task, the data you worked with and what you found. "Analyzed a reported email and identified the spoofed sender, the phishing link and the originating IP" is evidence. "Completed the phishing module" is not.

Show how you got there

Keep the commands you ran and a sentence on each decision. HashFolio records both as you work through a drill.

Make it checkable

A signed record with a public link lets an employer confirm the work without taking your word for it. HashFolio signs each record when you finish and gives it a hashfolio.ai/verify link that works without an account.

Try it with a 15-minute drill

Phishing Basics - Analyzing a Suspicious Email takes about 15 minutes. You read a reported email, check the sender against the company's real domains, find the malicious link and pull the attacker's IP from the headers. You can start with 5 free drills.
